We targeted anonymous website visitors with personalized postcard remarketing tied to their on-site behavior. The campaign achieved a 61.7% response rate; turning passive interest into meaningful engagement.
THE APPROACH
This campaign was built on high-precision remarketing designed to bridge the gap between digital interest and physical connection. To engage prospective Black students, we tracked anonymous visitors to the Black Student Success Center website and triggered a postcard retargeting campaign. By sending personalized physical postcards to these high-intent users, we moved beyond the crowded digital inbox to reach students in a more personal, memorable way that supported both recruitment and community-building.
THE OUTCOME
The strategy delivered an extraordinary 61.7% response rate, successfully converting passive website browsing into meaningful engagement. By combining real-time digital behavior with tangible offline touchpoints, we helped the university break through the noise, significantly increasing the pipeline of students exploring campus resources and fostering a stronger sense of belonging before they even arrived on campus.
